Orders & Shipping

Where is my order?

Because all items are made to order, production takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info (it may take up to 24 hours to update).

If it’s been more than 20 days (Canada) or 30 days (International) since shipment with no updates, please contact us via contact us

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package, and the location being sent to

 

Can I cancel/change my order?

Orders go into production almost immediately, so we can’t modify or cancel them once submitted.
Please double-check your size, address, and payment info before placing your order. If you have any questions, reach out to us on our contact form

 

Will I have to pay for customs fees and import duties on international shipments?

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

 

What if my package got returned to sender?

If your package has been returned to sender (Calgary Barbell), we may be able to issue a replacement pending inventory availability or provide a refund if inventory is not available. If you think your package has been returned to sender but we have not contacted you, let us know by submitting a ticket using our contact form.

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Please note that Calgary Barbell is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping packages to secure locations that have someone available to receive the package. 

If your package shows as delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out and we will attempt to rectify the situation, however we cannot  provide any guarantees.

If you have not seen an update to your tracking after 20 (North America) or 30 (International) days, please contact us as your package may be lost. If the carrier determines the package is lost, we will either provide a replacement order (depending on available inventory) or provide a refund in full. Please note that claims cannot be submitted after 60 consecutive days from the order ship date.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference.

 

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery via our contact form with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

We’ll make it right.
